Why are you making these so nice?

This is a common question we hear in the world of low income housing. Let’s put it this way, we are here to help people achieve a higher quality of life. That being said, if we can impact the community as well as the individual by putting a little more effort into design, then why wouldn’t we? Our developments are creating quite a stir in the downtown community as we add to the environment around us with what we consider to be functional art. Architecture doesn’t always have to be utilitarian, with a dash of style and a pinch of class, everyone can appreciate what we’re doing.
